DreamAra AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DreamAra AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Dream Entries: Text descriptions of your dreams, titles, mood selections, and tags you input into the App.
- Voice Input: Audio recordings processed locally on your device for speech-to-text conversion. We do not store audio recordings on our servers.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Identifier: A randomly generated unique device identifier (UUID) stored locally on your device. This identifier is not linked to your Apple ID or any personally identifiable information.
- Usage Data: General usage statistics such as feature interaction, generation requests, and app session data.
- Subscription Data: Purchase and subscription status managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
- We do not collect your Apple ID or any account credentials.
- We do not collect your location data.
- We do not access your contacts, browsing history, or other personal data.
- We do not store voice recordings on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process your dream descriptions through AI models to generate videos and images.
- Provide dream calendar, mood tracking, and statistical analysis features.
- Manage your subscription status and content generation quotas.
- Improve and optimize the App's performance and user experience.
- Provide customer support when requested.
3. AI Content Generation
When you submit a dream description for AI generation:
- Your text prompt is sent to third-party AI service providers (including but not limited to Kuaishou/Kling, MiniMax/Hailuo, Tencent/Hunyuan, ByteDance/Seedance, and PixVerse) to generate video or image content.
- These providers process your text prompt solely for the purpose of generating the requested content.
- Generated content is stored on our servers and linked to your device identifier.
- We do not use your dream descriptions or generated content for training AI models.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: Your dream entries, mood data, tags, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
- Server Storage: Generated videos and images are stored on our cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare) to enable access across sessions.
- Security: We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Third-Party Services
Our App uses the following third-party services:

6. Data Retention
- Dream Entries: Stored locally on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
- Generated Content: Stored on our servers for as long as your account is active. Generated content may be automatically deleted after 90 days of account inactivity.
- Subscription Data: Retained for as long as necessary to manage your subscription and comply with legal obligations.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Delete Your Data: You can delete individual dream entries within the App. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data.
- Request Data Deletion: Contact us at support@dreamaraai.com to request deletion of any server-stored data associated with your device identifier.
- Opt Out of Notifications: You can disable daily reminder notifications through the App's Settings or your device's notification settings.
8. Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
