Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the DreamAra AI mobile application ("App") operated by DreamAra AI ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

DreamAra AI is a dream journaling application that allows users to:

• Record and organize dream entries with mood and tag classifications.
• Generate AI-powered videos and images based on dream descriptions.
• Track dream patterns through calendar and statistical analysis features.
• Use voice input for hands-free dream recording.

3. User Accounts

• The App identifies users through a randomly generated device identifier. No account registration is required.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any content created through the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Features

• Dream journaling (text and voice input)
• Dream calendar view
• Basic statistics
• Mood and tag tracking

4.2 Premium Subscription

• AI video generation (quota-based)
• AI image generation (quota-based)
• Access to all AI models
• Full analytics features

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4.4 Pricing

• Weekly Plan: $7.99/week (2 AI videos + 10 AI images)
• Monthly Plan: $29.99/month (6 AI videos + 30 AI images)
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current prices are always displayed in the App.

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Content Generation

• The App uses third-party AI services to generate video and image content based on your text prompts.
• Generation results may vary and are not guaranteed to exactly match your description.
• Processing times depend on server load and the selected AI model.

5.2 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the text prompts (dream descriptions) you submit.
• AI-generated videos and images created from your prompts are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You may save and share generated content for personal purposes.

5.3 Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to use the App to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy.
• Contains sexually explicit material or promotes violence.
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation.
• Targets, harms, or exploits minors in any way.

We reserve the right to refuse generation requests and terminate access for users who violate these restrictions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by DreamAra AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
• "DreamAra AI" and associated logos are trademarks of DreamAra AI.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated content will meet your expectations or requirements.
• Any errors in the App will be corrected.
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DREAMARA AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App's subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamAra AI and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
• You may stop using the App and delete it at any time.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
