Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") supplement the DreamAra AI Terms of Use and govern your purchase and use of premium subscription plans within the DreamAra AI mobile application ("sApp").
1. Subscription Plans
DreamAra AI offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Weekly Plan
- Price: $7.99 per week
- Includes: 2 AI video generations + 10 AI image generations per week
- Billing Cycle: Every 7 days
Monthly Plan
- Price: $29.99 per month
- Includes: 6 AI video generations + 30 AI image generations per month
- Billing Cycle: Every 30 days
*Prices are in USD. Actual charges may vary based on your country and applicable taxes. Current localized prices are always displayed in the App before purchase.*
2. Free vs. Premium Features
Free Features (No Subscription Required)
- Dream journaling with text input
- Voice-to-text dream recording
- Mood selection and tagging
- Dream calendar view
- Basic dream statistics
Premium Features (Subscription Required)
- AI video generation from dream descriptions
- AI image generation from dream descriptions
- Access to all AI models (Kling 2.1, Kling 3.0 Pro, Hailuo-02, Hunyuan 1.5, Seedance, PixVerse v5)
- Full dream analytics and insights
- Advanced statistics and mood distribution charts
3. Billing and Payment
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
- All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. DreamAra AI does not directly collect or store your payment information.
- Prices include applicable taxes as determined by Apple based on your billing region.
4. Auto-Renewal
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- Renewal charges the same amount as the original subscription unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
5. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:
1. iPhone/iPad: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > DreamAra AI
2. App Store: Open App Store > Tap your profile icon > Subscriptions > DreamAra AI
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
6. Generation Quotas
- Each subscription plan includes a specific number of AI video and image generations per billing cycle.
- Unused generations do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
- Quotas reset at the beginning of each new billing cycle.
- If you exhaust your quota before the cycle ends, you must wait for the next cycle or upgrade your plan.
7. Content Generation
- AI-generated content (videos and images) is created using third-party AI services based on your dream description prompts.
- Generation quality and results may vary depending on the AI model selected and the prompt provided.
- Processing times vary based on server availability and the complexity of the generation request.
- We do not guarantee specific generation times or results.
- Failed generations (due to server errors) do not count against your quota.
8. Refunds
- Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
- To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
- DreamAra AI cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are at Apple's discretion.
9. Free Trials
- If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated in the App along with its duration.
- At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
- Free trials are available once per Apple ID.
10. Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time.
- You will be notified of any price changes in advance through the App or via Apple's notification system.
- Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will take effect upon the next renewal.
- If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it renews at the new price.
11. Plan Changes
- You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current period.
- Downgrades take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
12. Restoration of Purchases
- If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your subscription by tapping "Restore Purchases" in the App's Settings.
- Restoration requires you to be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
13. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if you violate the Terms of Use, including content policy violations.
- In the event of termination by us, you may be entitled to a prorated refund at our discretion.
